What's a Paymate?
Paymate is a secure, accurate and reliable Internet payment service available to individuals, businesses and other organisations. You can also use PayMate to make secure payments to any registered PayMate client, without divulging your personal or financial details to them. You can use a credit card to make a payment in Australian dollars. You do NOT need to be registered with PayMate to make an Express Payment via credit card.

They provide secure, reliable and innovative Internet-based services to individuals and businesses in Australia and overseas.

How are orders despatched?
Orders are dispatched by courier and delivered to your door. If you are not at home at time of delivery, a card will be left to advise how to collect your products.

How long do orders take to fulfil?
Surfboards - up to six weeks from time of confirmation and full payment.
Other products - 7 to 10 days to fulfil.

Product and service?
We pride ourselves on providing great surf products and service.
We ensure quality workmanship and care goes into the design, making and delivery of your board. We will provide a design to you and then confirm all specifications of your order before you pay.

Live Outside Australia?
If you live outside Australia, drop us an email and we will quote you in your country's currency plus work out freight costs to get your board or other products to you.
